DIH its4Health in BIH is a vital component of the larger EU4DigitalSME initiative. It strives to foster a digitalized, automated, and innovative environment within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This Hub is dedicated to expediting the eco-friendly and digital evolution of healthcare in BIH, collaborating across public and private sectors. Its overarching goal is to revolutionize patient outcomes through innovative practices.
The Hub’s Partnership Framework
The central collaborative structure of the Hub involves a partnership between the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST), the Verlab Research Institute for Biomedical Engineering, Medical Devices, and Artificial Intelligence (VERLAB), along with the Institute of Metrology of BIH (IMBiH) and the Institute for Standardisation of BiH (ISBIH). This alliance harnesses extensive research capacities alongside industry insight and policy expertise, creating a robust platform for knowledge exchange and innovation.
