Research Institute Verlab for Biomedical Engineering, Medical Devices, and Artificial Intelligence, as a member of DIH, organized a training session on AI in healthcare, in collaboration with partners from the University SSST, IMBIH, and ISBIH. This training provided an opportunity to delve into the essentials of Digital Transformation in Healthcare, focusing on project planning, goal setting, and navigating the dynamics of consulting versus contracting. Over the training of three days, participants explored key steps from conceptualization to implementation, discussed current trends, and emphasized the pivotal role of consulting in the digital revolution of healthcare.
